La FIN: Fintual Intensivo Natales is a comprehensive educational program conceived and directed by Valentin Jadot for Fintual, designed to train software developers in Puerto Natales, Chilean Patagonia. The project emerged as a strategic response to the Ruta Fintual experience, an initiative that traveled through 11 cities in 50 days presenting financial education and Fintual's organizational culture, resulting in the recruitment of 4 outstanding developers from regions.

La FIN was conceptualized as a transformative program that addresses the gap between technical knowledge and real professional practice. Unlike traditional courses available online, the program recognizes that there is a fundamental difference between knowing how to program and being an effective developer in the context of a modern tech startup.

The program's pedagogical structure integrates cutting-edge tools, methodologies and technologies used at Fintual: Ruby on Rails, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, GraphQL and RSpec. The curriculum is designed with an 80/20 distribution, where 80% focuses on practical programming and 20% on professional development within the startup ecosystem, including growth, organizational culture and branding. The teaching methodology implemented is "peer-to-peer" in nature, fostering collaborative learning and knowledge transfer among peers.

The program takes place completely in person at Fintual's office in Puerto Natales, strategically located in the Galpón Lab, an iconic space in the city facing the historic pier. The program's operational management ensures that it is completely free, including flights, accommodation and meals in Natales, in addition to computer loans.

La FIN is aimed at professionals who have programming knowledge but have not yet reached the senior developer level, as well as those seeking to transition from traditional corporate environments—consulting, banking or conventional companies—to the modern tech ecosystem. It is also designed for those who wish to perfect and elevate their programming level through an immersive and professional experience.
